Allerthorpe Park Golf Club

Established in only 1994, this venue has quickly confirmed itself as one of the better courses in the Yorkshire area, and most are surprised by its relative maturity. There is a very well stocked pro shop for any last minute buys as well as a lovely clubhouse which makes the perfect setting for a deserved post-round drink. If you are in the area, this course is well worth playing.
