The par 71, 6,495 yard Hill Course was based on the original design by Frank Pennink and later modified by Donald Steel in 1989. As well as offering fine views across the Norfolk countryside, the slightly wider fairways, well guarded greens and constant breezes of the Hill Course provide a different challenge to that presented by the Valley Course.

The par 72, 6,483 yard Valley Course is a mature golf course that features various water hazards including the River Yare. Designed by Frank Pennink, it was opened for play in 1976 and weaves its way through the beautiful valley to offer an aesthetically pleasing round of golf.
