Lansdowne Course (Blairgowrie Golf Club)

Officially opened in 1979 and designed by Peter Allis and Dave Thomas, this golf course has been designed to be more of stretch for even the most experienced golfer. With fairways carved by trees and heather and water hazards, there is a lower margin for error and should be approached with care. 18 Holes, Par 72, Yardage 6800. Heathland.

Rosemount Course (Blairgowrie Golf Club)

This championship golf course is less demanding than that of the Lansdown golf course. However it is still an enjoyable play, with some testing holes. The closing nine are the most challenging, particularly the 16th hole. With trees located in the middle, slightly uphill and out of bounds on the left-hand side, the initial tee shot is crucial for accuracy. 18 Holes, Par 72, Yardage 6600. Heathland.

Wee Course (Blairgowrie Golf Club)

This 9 hole golf course is ideal for the more inexperienced golfers or those looking to play a quick game. There are many enjoyable holes; in particular the second “Fairy Dell” par 4 hole, all of which are kept in excellent condition. Perfect for a more relaxed golfing experience. 9 Holes, Par 64, Yardage 4704.

The Blairgowrie Golf Club is situated in the heart of the Perthshire countryside near the Grampian Mountains, boasting 3 golf courses; the Rosemount, Lansdowne and the Wee 9 hole course. These are challenging yet cater for a varied level of skilled golfers, and it certainly shows as Rosemount has earned a place as one of the top twenty golf courses in Scotland.
