Burgham Park is a championship standard venue in the stunning Northumberland countryside but still just 20 minutes outside of Newcastle. The course was designed by former Ryder cup captain Mark James in 1994 and has since hosted the PGA North Region Championship. Since the turn of the millennium the course has undergone a long term commitment to an improvement plan that the club is now reaping the benefits of. The modern clubhouse plays a great host to both members and visitors. Whether it is a quick drink and bite to eat in the bar/patio or a more formal meal in the restaurant panoramic views can be enjoyed over the course and countryside.
The redevelopment of the course has made Burgham golf club one of the more challenging courses in the area, but with multiple tee boxes, players of all abilities will enjoy the round.
Just north of Morpeth in Northumberland, easily accessible along the A1.
