Cherry Burton Golf Club is a demanding 9 hole, Par 36 golf course measuring 3,420 yards. The golf course has a wide variety of Par 3, Par 4 and Par 5 holes and with water on five of the nine holes a good supply of balls is recommended. The two most interesting holes are the Par 5’s which present very different challenges. The first is the longest hole and requires three good shots to reach the green. The second only measures 465 yards but is fraught with obstacles and a massively undulating three tier green.

Golf course

Cherry Burton Golf Club was opened in 1993 as a small 9 hole golf course but increasing popularity led to significant investment. The golf course has undergone major restructuring under the design and supervision of Will Adamson the course architect and is now more adventurous and challenging. Set in the picturesque East Yorkshire countryside this ambitious venue has future plans to become an 18 hole golf course. Golfers are always welcome and are guaranteed a warm welcome from members and staff alike.

Although Cherry Burton Golf Club is quite short in length it will provide a challenging round of golf and proves a real test of your short game. The golf course is the best value for miles around and golfers can be assured they will be made to feel welcome.
