Crowborough Beacon Golf Club was founded in 1895 and over the past 115 years has gone on to establish itself as one the regions’ finest heathland golf courses. At its highest point, the clubhouse, the golf club sits 800ft above sea level and offers unrivalled views of the South Downs. On a bright day you can see the sea through dips in the hills from the excellent clubhouse balcony. In 2011 Crowborough Beacon was voted into the top 100 golf courses in England as voted for by Golf World magazine, ranking 70th. The management team are keen to soon achieve Open qualifying status, an accolade that is truly merited.

    Truly excellent course- wonderful old feel- tough but fair. Cant wait to go back with more course knowledge. Lovely clubhouse and great staff in pro shop. Would definately join if i lived closer.
