Measuring 6,580, the course at Eaton is situated beside the Shropshire Union Canal. The course incorporates many of the original features of the local landscape, including numerous oak trees as well as several new copses and ponds. Designed by Donald Steel, this course is one to challenge golfers of all abilities. The extensive drainage network means that the course has a firm, dry playing surface throughout the year. The greens are also made to USGA standard, and will be a test for even the most accomplished of putters.

Location

Located to the East of Chester, just off the A41.

Golf course

The newly renovated clubhouse provides great views overlooking the 18th green aswell as fantastic views over the rest of the stunning countryside. A perfect place to relax, unwind and reflect on the round just played, with a snack or home cooked meal. Eaton is home to great practice facilities which include; a putting green, driving range, chipping green and bunker.

This pleasantly undulating parkland course has an interesting variation of holes and is sure to provide for an enjoyable round for all golfers. At the end of the round players will be able to enjoy a well deserved drink in the excellent new clubhouse on site.
