Golf CoursesSet in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, there are two 18 hole courses which offer different challenges and equally demanding pars.
Moorland (Marriott Breadsall Priory)Designed by the renowned architect Donald Steele, the course is a skilfully crafted layout. Every hole offering a different challenge along with fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Slightly wider fairways allow for more attacking tee shots but beware of well placed fairway bunkers, trees and rough.
The course measures 6028 yards with a par of 70 from the white tees. Being a sand based course this ensures the course can be played to its full potential all year round.
The 13th is our signature hole the tee shot is narrow with trees and bushes lining the fairway. The ideal tee shot is down the left hand side setting up an opportunity to hit to a green that falls from right to left.

Priory (Marriott Breadsall Priory)The championship Priory Course was created in 1977 and measures in at 6,120 yards. It winds through the undulating parkland surrounding the hotel and requires a good degree of accuracy as you drive down the tree lined fairways.
