Originally constructed as a 9 hole course in 1905 it was quickly extended to 18 holes by Harry Vardon. In 1999 Letchworth underwent a major development as they acquired new land and extended the course to keep up with the modern game. The club offers a great reception to visitors and is often seen at the social hub of the town.n.
