Ramside Hall Golf Club’s quick maturity has surprised everyone, it was the course architects first full design and Jonathan Gaunt certainly excelled. The greens are superb throughout the year, built to USGA specifications they are receptive and fast and many are two tiered. One of the designer’s best moves was to lay 40 miles of drainage, so the golf course is a real spectacle in summer.

    Over rated, decent enough course but doesnt merit the 40 price tag. I wouldnt have ever played it for that price without 2 for 1's.

    Nice course - fairways were in good condition and the rough was playable from. Yardage markers could be better signed
