Scraptoft Golf Club officially opened in 1928 and was originally designed to be a 9 hole course but due to the amount of interest in memberships an 18 hole course was built instead. The club now has a modern clubhouse which has a warm, friendly atmosphere idea for food and drink after a testing round. A number of extra facilities are also available including a chipping/putting green, numerous nets and a fairway designated for long game practice.

    the club seem hell bent on destroying the courses character by removing too many trees. the fairways are shocking for this time of year (Round played: 24-Dec-2011 - Score: 83 Handicap: 11.5)
