The 18 hole golf course at The Abbey Hotel Golf & Country Club was designed by legendary golf course architect Donald Steel. It has matured to become a top quality golf course of championship standard and regularly plays host to county matches and high profile corporate days. The natural surroundings have been incorporated into the overall design to provide golfers with a challenging round of golf. Look out for the 13th hole in particular which features two mature oak trees to create a challenging uphill par 4 drive between them.

Golfshake.comThe course in excellent condition and a very good test. The new holes have settled in well, the par 3 2nd hole is brilliant - Water caught me twice!!! The green fee was very good value on a 4 ball deal.
