Course Information

Theale Golf Club is a par 71 parkland course that measures 6,116 yards in length. Although still a relatively new course, Theale Golf Club continues to develop and improve year on year, and with water coming into play on 6 out of the 18 holes it provides a good test of golf for all levels of golfer. Its USGA specification greens mean that they are playable all year round, making it popular with visitors looking to book a tee time over the winter period.

One or two of the holes are being worked on but nothing that spoils the round. Didn't use the clubhouse or try the food & beverage but they seem quite good. Overall, good value for money.

Very poor signage between tees. We wasted a lot of time looking for many of the tees. Some simple signage at EVERY tee is considered essential

Simply the worst kept golf course I have ever played. The fairway grass was as long as most courses rough and the greens, well apart from the 17th they were 90% sand! No grass!!! Unplayable. Would never ever play there again and I would advise you to not waste your money and stay well away.

This is a very good course. With a bit more investment it could be a top quality course. The greens are in good shape. There is however one temporary green. A couple of the holes have pylons and electric cables going across. All in all a very good course.
