        We have improved and expanded the search function. Simply enter a specific golf course, city, postcode or location and the improved search will return tee time results for the date you selected.

        Search By Destination
        On the road or making travel plans? You can also search for golf courses near attractions and destinations by entering them in the search bar or by viewing our Destinations page .

        Looking for the best rates on your next round is even easier now with our Hot Deals tee times. Click the Hot Deals button on the homepage or flip the switch after your search results are displayed to view only the best tee time rates available.

        A Whole New View
        There are millions of tee times to choose from – which is why we changed the way they're displayed. Now when you search for a specific location, you can easily see the course name and location, available tee times and prices. You can even switch how the results are displayed by selecting the course, tee times or map views. Once you select a course, all of the times and details are crystal clear, and you can easily filter your results by time, price, golfers and holes. Get right to the one you want and make it yours.

        Teeofftimes.co.uk is part of a group of the world's leading websites that connect the world to golf. If you've registered on any of the following sites then you are already in our network and can login using the same email and password: GolfNow, Golf Advisor, Military Tee Times, Deal Caddy, Golf Channel and GolfBids. If you haven't previously registered on one of those sites, and you already have a Teeofftimes.co.uk account, you will now be able to access those sites with your Teeoffftimes.co.uk email and password.

      • What happened to the rewards programme?

        The Teeofftimes.co.uk Rewards programme closed on 28th March, 2017. Points can no longer be earned or redeemed. We appreciate your patience in this matter as we move to a better site with great new offers and golfer benefits.

      • What happened to my unused rewards points?

        The Teeofftimes.co.uk Rewards programme closed on 28th March, 2017. Any unused Teeofftimes.co.uk Rewards points post 28 March 2017 are null and void. Teeofftimes.co.uk reserved the right to cancel or amend the scheme at any point in time. We appreciate your patience in this matter as we move to a better site with great new offers and golfer benefits.

      • Will my existing Teeofftimes.co.uk account work on the new site?

        If you are an active customer with a Teeofftimes.co.uk account, your account will be merged with GolfNow and will work across our family of sites including: GolfNow, Golf Advisor, Military Tee Times, Deal Caddy, Golf Channel and GolfBids. You can login with your existing Teeofftimes.co.uk email and password, however you will need to re-enter any previously saved credit cards.

        If you are an active customer with both a Teeofftimes.co.uk and a GolfNow account, your account will be collapsed into your GolfNow account and will work across our family of sites. Your Teeofftimes.co.uk login will no longer work but you can login with your existing GolfNow email and password. Please note you will need to re-enter any previously saved credit cards.

        If you have not interacted on the site since June 2015 your account has been deactivated. You may create a new account here at any time and it will work across our family of sites.

      • Can I use my GolfNow or Golf Advisor account on this site?

      • How do I contact customer support?

        The phone number for Customer Support is 00800 3639 3639, available 8am - 5pm 7 days a week.

      • Why don't I get an email after I sign up?

        Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

      • Why am I required to create a username?

        Usernames may be used for participation in features and programs on Teeofftimes.co.uk. They are currently used in displaying course ratings and reviews. You may update your username at any time within your account. Please review the following username requirements:

        20 characters or less
        No spaces
        No invalid characters (i.e. &, #, %, *)
        No inappropriate language

      • What is SSL?

        Secure Sockets Layer, SSL, is the standard security technology for creating an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. The link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browser remains private. SSL is an industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their customers' online transactions.

    • Tee Times
      • How far in advance are tee times available?

        Most tee times are available 14 to 30 days in advance. However, there may be times from some courses available up to 60 days in advance.

      • Did I get the tee time?

        After completing your tee time purchase, you will be shown a Thank You page containing the details for your reservation. If you see that page, you have successfully booked the tee time. If not, please contact our customer service team on 00800 3639 3639 (9AM - 5PM: BST).

      • Why do you offer tee times that end up not being available?

        The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system by the golf club, the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

        Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time. In some instances, you may receive pending charges during the booking process. Your bank may place a "hold" on a set amount of funds for several days. If this occurs, please contact the issuing bank with questions.

      • Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

        When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

      • Can I change my reservation?

        All tee time sales are final. Hot Deals tee times cannot be refunded unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play. You can log in to your Teeofftimes.co.uk account and view your Upcoming Reservations page to make any modifications or call 00800 3639 3639 (9AM - 5PM: BST).

        Tee time reservations paid at the course are subject to each course's specific cancellation policy. Generally, golf courses require 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a tee time unless the course is closed due to weather on the day of the reservation.

      • Can I make a partial cancellation to my reservation?

        You may reduce the number of players on your reservation if submitted online within the course's cancellation policy. Simply login to your account and visit your Upcoming Reservations page to initiate the change. Green fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Prepaid Hot Deals and Convenience fees are nonrefundable.

      • Can I cancel my reservation?

        Golf course policies vary. Cancellation must be submitted online within the course's cancellation policy by logging into your account and visiting your Upcoming Reservations page. Generally, golf courses require 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a tee time. Green fees will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Prepaid Hot Deals and Convenience fees are nonrefundable.

      • What is your weather policy?

        If weather was an issue on the date of play and the course was closed, and you were unable to cancel prior to the time of your reservation, please contact our Customer Support team at 00800 3639 3639, available 8am - 5pm 7 days a week to confirm cancellation with the course and arrange any available refunds or credits.

      • What is your No-Show Policy

        Golf course policies vary. The golf course reserves the right to charge the full amount of the green fees if you do not show up for your scheduled tee time and you did not cancel your reservation at a time that is within the course's cancellation window. Generally, golf courses require 24 to 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a tee time.

        Convenience fees are nonrefundable and prepaid Hot Deals cannot be refunded unless the golf course is closed due to weather on the day of play.

    • E-Gift Vouchers
      • Can I purchase an E-Gift Voucher?

        E-Gift Vouchers are temporarily unavailable for purchase. Please check back regularly as we plan to bring this feature back.

      • How do I redeem my E-Gift Voucher?

        The e-gift voucher can be added to your account within the payment options section of your account. The e-gift voucher can also be redeemed at the purchase stage of your tee time booking. If you do not have the sufficient e-gift voucher amount to pay for the booking in full, the remaining balance will need to be paid using our normal payment methods. If you do not use the full value of your e-gift voucher, it will be associated with your account and can be easily redeemed on future bookings.

      • How long is my E-Gift Voucher valid?

        The e-gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

      • I lost my E-Gift Voucher, what should I do?

        You may contact Customer Support at 00800 36393639, available 8am - 5pm 7 days a week, for help locating your voucher. Please be prepared to provide your account details.

      • Is my E-Gift Voucher transferable?

        No. e-gift vouchers are not transferrable. In addition, they cannot not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

      • Does my E-Gift Voucher reactivate if my reservation is cancelled?

        If you cancel your reservation that used an E-Gift Voucher as payment, you will be issued a replacement voucher for the amount used.

      • What additional Terms and Conditions apply to E-Gift Vouchers?
        1. The e-gift voucher amount can be redeemed at the purchase stage of your tee time booking.
        2. The e-gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
        3. e-gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on transactions that have already been processed by Teeofftimes.co.uk.
        4. When making payment over the phone for a tee time, customers are required to specify at the time of paying if they would like to redeem their e-gift voucher value.
        5. If a customer does not have the sufficient e-gift voucher amount to pay for the booking in full, then the remaining balance will need to be paid using our normal payment methods.
        6. e-gift vouchers are not transferrable. In addition, they cannot not be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
        7. On redemption, standard Teeofftimes.co.uk booking Terms & Conditions apply.
      • Can I apply my e-gift voucher to my account?

        Yes, the e-gift voucher can be added to your account within the payment options section of your account and the balance will be available to redeem on the checkout page. If you apply an e-gift voucher on the checkout page, any remaining balance will be tied to your account and can be easily redeemed on future bookings.

      • Can I redeem my e-gift voucher when using Guest Checkout?

        At this time, you must be signed in with an account in order to redeem your e-gift voucher. You will not be able to redeem your e-gift voucher when you use Guest Checkout.
